Er. Tang Tat Kwong

Group President & CEO

A Professional Engineer (Civil) by training, Er. Tang has been instrumental in the success of many local and international projects such as industrial parks and buildings, marine and land reclamation and township infrastructure, across all our core services. In recent years, he has focused on growing the company’s overseas presence, making significant breakthroughs in India and the Middle East.


Ms Tang Choy Kuen

Chief Financial Officer

Ms Tang has worked with both private and publiclylisted companies as well as financial institutions in various capacities in corporate finance, investment and as CFO. Ms Tang is responsible for the Group’s Finance, Legal and Risk portfolio. Besides a training in economics, accounting and business administration, Ms Tang is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.


Er. Mao Whey Ying

EVP, Consulting
President, JURONG Consultants

A true veteran in consulting services, Er. Mao’s 30 years’ experience with our parent company speaks volumes of her contributions to the Group. With her professional engineering background (Civil), Er. Mao drives key projects, the most recent being the biomedical hub, Biopolis @ one-north, Singapore. Er. Mao is currently giving her undivided attention to developing the Group’s niche consulting services.

Mr Ng Koh Kow

EVP, Facilities Management
President, SMM

A Civil Engineer by training, Mr Ng spent many years in Singapore’s Ministry of Defence, contributing in the areas of infrastructure and facilities development and maintenance management. Subsequently, he joined Singapore Technologies to handle the development, marketing and operation of industrial parks in Wuxi, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His passion remains unfazed, as he actively markets the Group’s FM expertise overseas.

Lee Soon Eng

EVP, Design and Build
President, JURONG Primewide

Mr Lee Soon Eng is a Mechanical Engineer with over 35 years of experience in both MNCs and publicly listed companies involved in heavy infrastructure project development, construction and engineering for oil and gas onshore and offshore facilities, power plants, water supply schemes, ports and jetties including district cooling system.

He has undertaken projects which gave him international exposure in various countries across Asia, Middle East and South America.

Mr Lee is responsible for the Design and Build business in JURONG International Group.

Tai Mern Yee

Chief Human Resource Officer

Mr Tai Mern Yee has worked in multinational corporations and local organisations, covering both the functional and leadership roles at local, regional and global levels.

Mr Tai, as Chief Human Resource Officer, will be responsible for people and organisation initiatives.

He will also work with the businesses in corporate development.
