Mr David Lim

Chairman
Chairman of Management Development and Compensation Committee

Mr Lim is a non-executive and independent director of Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Limited, Ascendas India Trust, and the Singapore Dance Theatre Limited. Mr Lim has served in both the public and private sectors in Singapore and overseas. His past roles included Group Chief Executive Officer of Neptune Orient Lines Limited, Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Port of Singapore Authority, CEO of Jurong Town Corporation and CEO of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park based in Shanghai. He was also Chairman of the National Computer Board. Mr Lim was a Member of Parliament from 1997 to 2006, and served in a number of portfolios, most latterly, Acting Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts.

Mr Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) degree from the University of Melbourne, and obtained a Master in Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. Mr Lim also completed a Programme for Management Development at Harvard University, USA.


Mr Manohar Khiatani

Mr Manohar Khiatani was appointed to the Board on 1 October 2009. He is currently the CEO of JTC Corporation and also serves on the Boards of Ascendas Pte Ltd and Jurong Port Pte Ltd. Before Mr Khiatani’s appointment as JTC CEO, he was the Deputy Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). During his tenure in EDB, he oversaw several key industry clusters including electronics, infocomms and media, precision engineering, transport engineering and clean technology as well as EDB’s operations in the Americas and Europe.

Mr Khiatani was awarded a Singapore government scholarship and obtained his Masters Degree (Naval Architecture) at the University of Hamburg, Germany. He also attended the Advanced Management Program in Harvard Business School in 2006.


Er. Tang Tat Kwong

Er. Tang was appointed as Group President and CEO of the JURONG International Holdings Group in 2006. Prior to this appointment, Er. Tang was the President of JURONG Axtra and JURONG Overseas, driving the success of JURONG International’s overseas business expansion and its design and build business. Er. Tang is a Singapore-registered Professional Engineer, with more than 20 years experience in the consulting and construction services sector. He joined JTC Corp as a civil engineer in 1983, and subsequently progressed to lead the consulting business in JTC International. He also received training in Japan in the fields of environmental engineering and port and harbour engineering. Er. Tang holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) and a Masters in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Kyle Lee

Mr Lee has more than thirty years of experience in audit and business advisory services and for twenty years a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and its legacy firm Price Waterhouse in Singapore. He was the leader of the firm’s Advisory Practice for five years prior to his retirement in 2010. 

 
Mr Lee is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He obtained a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) in Business Studies from the Council for National Academic Awards in United Kingdom; Master of Science (Distinction) in International Management and Master of Business Administration from the University of London; and a Diploma in Management from Imperial College, London.

Ms Song Su-Min

Ms Song Su-Min is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, and a member of the firm’s Corporate - Mergers and Acquisitions Department. She specialises in single and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international joint ventures and corporate restructuring, and advises generally on corporate and commercial law.

Ms Song qualified as a barrister-at-law at Middle Temple in 1996 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1997. She joined Allen & Gledhill in January 1997. In 2003, Ms Song joined Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd and worked on its international merger and acquisition activities in the United States and India. She rejoined the firm as a Partner in 2006.

Ms Song is cited for her expertise in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions in The Asia Pacific Legal 500 (2008).


Mr Gopinath Pillai

An Ambassador-at-Large with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Gopinath Pillai had served as Singapore’s High Commissioner to Pakistan and was Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to Iran between 1990 and 2008. Mr Pillai is Chairman of the Management Board of the Institute of South Asian Studies, as well as Deputy Chairman of Ang Mo Kio Thye Hua Kwan Hospital Limited.

Mr Pillai has varied business interests in education, logistics and information technology. He is Chairman of Gateway Distriparks Ltd, and its subsidiary, Snowman Frozen Foods Ltd, as well as the Director of AIM listed AEC Education Plc.

A member of the Steering Committee of the Indian Heritage Centre project and Chairman of its Concept and Content Sub-committee, Mr Pillai has received the Friend of Labour Award (NTUC 1987), Meritorious Award (NTUC 1990), Friend of MCD Award (1998), Friend of IT Award (SCS 2001), the Public Service Star Award (BBM 1999) and BBM (BAR) in the 2009 National Day Awards.


Mr Low Tien Sio

A Singapore Government and Commonwealth Scholar, Mr Low graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Quantity Surveying) in 1969 and was subsequently awarded a Master of Philosophy (Building Contracts) in 1977 from the University of Reading, UK. He was instrumental in developing Singapore’s Land Transport System since 1983 and initiated many MRT/LRT projects. He has also served on the advisory and expert panel for the Sydney Metro Authority. A Claims and Contracts specialist, Mr Low has been involved in Planning, Project Management and Corporate Management with the LTA as its deputy CEO till February 2007. Currently an Executive Director with Sentosa Leisure Group, he assists in the management of its development agreement with Resorts World @ Sentosa, for the development of the integrated resort. He is also a member of the Development Projects Advisory Panel set up by the Ministry of Finance.
